Nelson is the Founder and Managing Director of Amiera, leading the business with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to quality, collaboration and client satisfaction. A licensed builder, he holds a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney and formal construction qualifications through TAFE NSW.

With extensive experience delivering commercial construction projects across the hospitality sector, Nelson oversees every stage of project delivery, from pre-construction planning through to completion. His practical leadership, attention to detail and commitment to building long-term client relationships have established Amiera as a trusted partner for clubs, pubs and commercial organisations across New South Wales.

 Montanna holds a Master of Construction Project Management and a Bachelor of Computational Design in Architecture from UNSW, combining architectural design expertise with commercial construction knowledge.

As Project Director, Montanna leads Amiera's in-house design capability, overseeing concept development, design documentation, consultant coordination and project delivery across hospitality and commercial projects. Her collaborative approach ensures projects are thoughtfully planned, well coordinated and aligned with each client's operational requirements, programme and budget from concept through to completion.

Passionate about creating practical, high-quality spaces, Montanna works closely with clients and consultants to deliver buildable, considered solutions that seamlessly bridge design and construction.

 Robert Green is a highly experienced construction professional with 32 years in the industry. He has completed a Carpentry Apprenticeship, holds a Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery, and has qualifications as a Clerk of Works and a Supervisors License. As part of Amiera, he has delivered projects such as The Dam Hotel. His extensive past experience includes major infrastructure and commercial projects, including Port Macquarie Base Hospital, Charles Sturt University Port Macquarie, and Stingray Creek Bridge, showcasing his expertise in large-scale construction and project supervision.
