Our Team

 Nelson is the Managing Director of Amiera and a licensed builder with a Bachelor of Construction Project Management from the University of Technology Sydney, along with a Diploma and Certificate IV in Building and Construction from Ultimo TAFE. Under his leadership, Amiera has successfully delivered projects such as Canley Heights RSL and Sporting Club, The Dam Hotel, and multiple International Workplace Group fit-outs. His past experience includes overseeing large-scale projects like Club Rivers’ Car Park and Commercial Suites, Dee Why RSL’s Battery House, and Windsor RSL’s Bar and Administration upgrade, demonstrating his expertise in commercial and hospitality construction. 

 Montanna holds a Master of Construction Project Management and a Bachelor of Computational Design in Architecture from the University of NSW. Through Amiera, she has successfully delivered projects such as the International Workplace Group – Regus Lane Cove West, The Dam Hotel, and Canley Heights RSL Club – Phase 2. Her past experience includes working on large-scale developments such as Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport, LOGOS Moorebank Precinct Warehouse 6 & 7, and Inner Sydney High School, showcasing her expertise in managing major infrastructure, commercial, and institutional projects. 

 Robert Green is a highly experienced construction professional with 32 years in the industry. He has completed a Carpentry Apprenticeship, holds a Certificate in Carpentry and Joinery, and has qualifications as a Clerk of Works and a Supervisors License. As part of Amiera, he has delivered projects such as The Dam Hotel. His extensive past experience includes major infrastructure and commercial projects, including Port Macquarie Base Hospital, Charles Sturt University Port Macquarie, and Stingray Creek Bridge, showcasing his expertise in large-scale construction and project supervision.
