 The Phase 3 works at Canley Heights RSL & Sporting Club will reconfigure the venue layout to improve functionality and customer experience. Key changes include transforming the TAB area into a dedicated sports bar with a 7.4m LED screen, creating a new sports and entertainment precinct. Additionally, the pizza bar will be modified to include a gelato station, and the main bar will receive aesthetic and functional upgrades. 

 The renovation of The Dam Hotel focused on transforming the alfresco gaming room and enhancing the overall venue design. Upgrades included a redesigned gaming space with curved walls, fresh carpeting, a mirrored ceiling, and a stylish new bar. Additional improvements featured new joinery, upgraded amenities for better accessibility, and vibrant green walls to create a modern and inviting atmosphere. 

 Phase 2 of the Canley Heights RSL & Sporting Club renovation focused on enhancing both the interior and exterior to create a modern and inviting space. Works included a new reception area, an upgraded main gaming floor, a refreshed bistro bar, and an improved main entry, complemented by high-end finishes and state-of-the-art LED screens. The exterior was revitalised with new perforated panels and updated tiling, giving the club a contemporary and polished look.  

 The seating area extension at Zetland Hotel seamlessly integrates with the existing fit-out, maintaining a cohesive and refined aesthetic. This upgrade features custom booth seating, statement lighting, textured wallpaper, and decorative ceiling elements, enhancing both functionality and ambiance while preserving the venue’s original character. 

 Our gaming floor renovation focused on enhancing aesthetics and functionality while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Key upgrades included fresh paint, ceiling repairs, and the installation of 90 structural rods for new LED screens, all completed while maintaining patron access to gaming machines. Through strategic planning, open communication, and a client-focused approach, we delivered a seamless transformation that met project timelines and exceeded expectations. 

 This project involved transforming a former function room with a stage into a state-of-the-art multi-terminal gaming room. Additionally, the club's entrance amenities were refurbished to enhance functionality while adopting a modern, refined aesthetic. Completed on time and within budget, the upgrades revitalised key areas of the club, creating a more sophisticated and efficient space. 

 The gaming bathrooms were completely redesigned with upgraded tiles, fixtures, and fittings to create a modern, refined aesthetic. The alfresco dining area was also refurbished and significantly extended, providing a more spacious and versatile outdoor setting for patrons. A key architectural upgrade included replacing the solid concrete block fence with a sleek glass balustrade, enhancing views of the parklands and creating a more open, inviting atmosphere.

  The project began with the removal of the internal performance stage and the existing alfresco gaming room to make way for new upgrades. A modern alfresco multi-terminal gaming room was then constructed, providing a contemporary and enhanced space for patrons. Delivered on time and within budget, the project successfully achieved its objectives. 

 The Regus fitout project transforms over 500 square metres into a modern, functional co-working space. Works include reconfiguring the layout with smaller offices, an open-plan foyer, and a communal area to enhance flexibility and collaboration. Upgrades also feature new services, a distribution board for additional tenancies, a brand-new kitchen, and high-end finishes such as fresh paint, new carpeting, and sleek glazed partitions. 

 In North Sydney, we transformed several small offices into a modern, open-plan workspace tailored for a new tenant. The project included partition removal, fresh paint, new carpet and ceilings, a secure communications room, and upgrades to electrical, fire, and mechanical systems. Our team managed the design process, coordinated with stakeholders, and installed new office furniture, delivering a functional, compliant, and contemporary office environment. 

 We transformed a former gym in Coogee into a modern and functional Pilates studio. The project included polished concrete floors, floor-to-ceiling mirrors, and a newly constructed wall to optimize the layout. The result is a refined, purpose-built space designed to support movement and strength training. 

 Amiera successfully delivered a workspace transformation for International Workplace Group – Spaces in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. The scope included the removal of existing partitions to open up the floor plan, the installation of new paint and carpet throughout, and the conversion of enclosed offices into functional meeting rooms with upgraded AV systems. All works were completed with careful planning to ensure minimal disruption to neighbouring tenancies and ongoing business operations. 

 Amiera completed two projects at East Leagues Club in Bondi Junction, including compliance upgrades and the fit-out of the Moala Boxing Academy. Works included fire service upgrades, the installation of a fully accessible DDA-compliant bathroom, and the transformation of a space into a state-of-the-art boxing gym. Delivered on time and within budget, the project featured high-end finishes, mirrored wall cladding, upgraded amenities, and a cutting-edge audio-visual system.
